Scholarships for Masters Students in Europe

Scholarship for Masters Students in Netherlands Award: The scholarship amounts to € 5,000. Applicants will receive € 4,500 in two installments of € 2,250 each in the first year of their master’s studies and € 500 at the end of their studies.
Scholarships for Masters Students in Europe List of Subjects: Finance, Risk Management or Economics.



Scholarship is available to undertake full-time masters degree programme.
Study Subject: Scholarships are offered in diverse fields to help students in upgrading their education.

How to Apply NN Future Matters Scholarship for Masters Students in Netherlands:

-Applicants can apply for the NN Future Matters Scholarship at the Dutch institution of their choice.
-A jury consisting of NN Group and EP-Nuffic will select the applicants who will be granted the scholarship. In case of equal suitability of the candidates, first generation academics will be favoured.
-Applicants must apply before 1 May 2016 at the Dutch institution of their choice.

Applications are invited for NN Future Matters Scholarship which is administered by EP-Nuffic. Scholarship is available for students from selected countries to undertake full-time masters degree programme in Finance, Risk Management or Economics.

At NN they want to take social responsibility by giving young people who are in need of support access to their means and expertise to help them create economic opportunities, overcome adversity and realize their dreams.

Applicants must have a minimum average score of 7 (out of 10) on BA level. Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.

Eligibility: Apply for the NN Future Matters Scholarship in the Netherlands! Eligibility criteria is:
-Applicants are from Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Greece, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary or Bulgaria.
-Applicants are applying for a full-time master’s programme in the field of finance, risk management or economics at one of the participating Dutch research universities.
-Applicants have a minimum average score of 7 (out of 10) on BA level.
-Applicants are starting their master’s studies in September 2016.
-Applicants meet the specific requirements of the institution of their choice.
-Applicants are a first generation academic in their family, i.e. no parent or guardian has earned a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in their family.
-Preferably applicants have not yet studied or worked abroad before.

Nationality: Scholarships will be given only to residents of:

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have a minimum average score of 7 (out of 10) on BA level.
Test Requirement: No
English Language Requirements: Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.

Masters Scholarships
Supporting Material:The following attachments are required, in this order:
-A final statement (signed and dated) relating to the questions answered below;
-a motivation letter: minimum 1 A4 /max 3 A4;
-curriculum vitae (CV) with photo. CV must include information on
-jobs, was it a full-time or a part-time job and in what period(s);
-periods spent abroad, if applicable (what country/countries and purpose/reason);
-extracurricular activities, study-related and not study-related.
-two reference letters:the person referring must be present in current academic life. The reference letter must be on the letterhead of the organization of the person referring them and must include his or her name, address and position, a signature and a stamp;
-an overview of diploma and study results of previous higher education;
-a copy of admission letter to master’s programme at Dutch university;
-a copy of passport/identity document.
-All documents must be in English.

Scholarships for Masters Students in Europe the application deadline is 1st May 2016.
